The Drina is formed by the confluence of the Tara and the Piva rivers, both of which flow from Montenegro and converge on the border of Bosnia and Herzegovina, at Hum and Šćepan Polje villages. This river is considered as one of the most beautiful rivers on Western Balkans and the longest river in Dinaric Alps. In the past it was famous for its wild nature and rafters who were taming its waves.
